Each Unravel order is prepared and packed with care. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, product launches or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs when an order must be reshipped because an incorrect address was entered at checkout.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package appears delayed, lost or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We'll help you determine the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

Because some of our products are temperature-sensitive, certain orders may ship Monday through Wednesday during periods of extreme heat to help protect product quality in transit.
