We want you to love your Unravel Luxury Candles purchase. Because our home fragrance products are carefully prepared and packaged, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Exchanges

Unused and unopened items may be eligible for an exchange within 7 days of delivery. 

To request an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Approved damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost.

Fragrance Preference

Fragrance is personal, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a scent is not your preference. If you're unsure which fragrance to choose, we recommend starting with one of our Candle Discovery Sets before purchasing a full-size candle.
